Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt but buyer has to inform to Epic Bikers customer service with in 7 days right after receiving products.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are not eligible for return.
  • Epic Bikers has large inventories in cycling gadgets so inventory could be changed daily, This can be an impact on some products.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email or whatsapp with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

 

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, feel free to contact us via email or whatsapp. We will guide you through the exchange process.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
